Warehouse Supervisor — Quick Commerce Dark Store, Mumbai

About the role

Run a 10-minute delivery dark store in Andheri East. Own inventory accuracy, rider dispatch SLAs and team of 25 pickers/packers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, put-away, picking and packing • Hit 99.5% inventory accuracy and <120s pick time • Manage rider queue and hand-off SLAs • Daily cycle counts and shrinkage control • Roster and shift planning for 3-shift ops

Requirements

• Graduate; Diploma in Logistics/SCM preferred • 2+ years warehouse/quick-commerce supervision • Comfort with WMS (Unicommerce/Increff/proprietary) • Willing to work rotational shifts incl. weekends
