Facilities Manager (Commercial Real Estate) — Gurugram

About the role

Manage a 1.2 M sqft Grade-A commercial park in Cyber City. Own soft & hard services, energy KPIs and tenant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP, HVAC, security, housekeeping & pest control vendors • Drive energy efficiency (PUE, water) and ESG reporting • Handle tenant fit-outs, permits and MOMs • BCP, fire & life safety drills • P&L ownership for FM budget

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) + Diploma in FM • 6+ years FM incl. 2 years as Manager • IOSH/NEBOSH certification preferred • Strong vendor management & tenant handling
