Award-winning casual-dining brand hiring shift supervisors for its Yas Island outlet. Fast growth to Assistant Restaurant Manager within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor for assigned shift; own guest experience • Cash management, opening/closing checklists • Roster team of 10-12 stewards & cooks • Enforce HACCP and Municipality standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Hotel Management preferred • 3+ years F&B service incl. 1 year supervisory • English B2; Arabic is a plus • Food & Hygiene Level 2 (or willing to obtain)
